I was very impressed with Jordan and his colleague who turned up to sort my issue. They diagnosed the problem quickly and sorted it with no fuss. I have very good experience with Oleada. The owner himself turned out. Though initial call out is expensive, it's worth spending because they attend if subsequent problem occurs. The staff were very courteous and attended on the same day for emergency fix. The follow up has been excellent.

We recently had electricians from Oleada Electrical attend our property to diagnose and repair an electrical fault after a severe storm, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Very smooth and straightforward process. They guys did a fantastic job of installing my new fans and down lights. No mess at all and touch painted the ceiling to cover defects left by old fittings! Highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from my first phone call yesterday when I was advised they could help me out with the issue I had. Jordan and Luke arrived to sort out what I needed and while they were here conducted a thorough Checklist both upstairs and under the house where I had the issue. While conducting the Checklist, Jordan explained to me that there were some other concerns that should also be sorted out. He explained everything to me in great detail and then prepared three different quotes for me to decide what I wanted them to do. At no time was I ever pressured into choosing a particular quote. A time was then made for the Team to come back today to complete all the necessary work that I had chosen. Alex and Luke arrived exactly on time and Alex phoned ahead, like I had requested, to tell me they were on their way and when they would arrive. Alex and Luke were extremely professional and experienced and genuinely cared about the work they were undertaking. They were both extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions that I had. Their attention to detail was of the highest standard and there was no mess left behind once they had completed all the work. Oleada Electrical will be my go to Team for any future work I might need in the future. Outstanding Service from Oleada Electrical! ​From the initial phone call, the team were incredibly responsive and efficient, attending to our request the very next day. We were impressed by Alex's professionalism right from the start. He took the time to thoroughly review the work required for our new build and quoted the job accurately, offering a price that was very competitively priced compared to other quotes we received. ​The workmanship was absolutely impressive. They carried out a wide range of tasks, including running data cables for networking in the ceiling and down the walls, installing smart protection over POE, retrofitting ceiling fans, replacing smart switches throughout, and both replacing and adding new downlights. ​The entire process was seamless, and the results are great.
